4wheelparts is either ignorant to the F150 world or they are trying to scam you in to spending a lot more money with them on a new lift.

If you hae an 04-08 then all you have to do is buy a pair of Bilstein 5150 adjustable struts and set them on the 2" setting. In the rear you can add an AAL or remove the stacked blocks and add a larger block like a 5.5" or 6". You should get some extended brake lines too.

If you have the 97-03 then all you have to do is crank your torsion bars up front and you have the same option for the rear as the 04-08's.

They will give you the same angles as someone with a non lifted truck that has a 2" leveling kit. It will alter the suspension geometry but not destroy it. Plenty of people run 2" over their stock or lifted specs and have no problems. You shouldn't have to do anything about the driveshafts because most people don't with 8" of lift. Worst case scenario you can get a ds spacer for less than $100. 4wheelparts should sell it.

spend a little time reading some threads in the suspension section and you will find plenty of threads talking about this subject.

if money isn't an issue, i would go with the bilsteins, stacking spacers works, but not a fan of it.

4wheelparts just says that they can't do it because they can't add any lift on top of a lift. It's against their policies. It can most definitely be done as I and many others have gone from 6" to 8" without going with a whole new 8" suspension lift kit.

Your two main options have already been thrown out there: BL or coilovers/bilsteins for the front, AAL or new blocks in the back.

just take your stock shock assemblies off and take them in and have them put the bilsteins in at the 2" setting and your good to go on the front

if i was you, i would get some coilovers so that you can get rid of the pro comp spacer up front, it makes the truck look so much better, clean the whole look and you can get them 2 extra inches
