pro comp stage 1
fabtech stage 1
both are 6" kits and arent that expensive compared to most. i would go with the fabtech if you will go offroading

I agree. The Fabtech is probably your best bet.

The Fabtech kit isn't that much more than the Pro Comp kit, but IMO is a lot better quality wise. Plus if you're talking about adding a leveling kit on top of the lift you can't do the Pro Comp stage 1 kit anyways because it uses a 6" spacer and you can't stack a leveling kit on top of that.

Personally instead of the suspension lift PLUS a body lift I'd just go straight to an 8" Rize lift (that is if you have a 4WD).

Good question!
If you have a 4x4 and want that much lift, just go straight to the Rize lift. Body lifts are great and I'm probably their biggest supporter on this site, but they are a pain to install on the new F-150's according to everyone. That's why shops are charging around $1000 labor to install them.
How about telling us what size tire you want to run? Remember, the taller you go and the larger tires you run, the more it cost.

i would just get a pro comp stage 1. 4 wheel parts has them for around $1270 this weekend (they have a 25% off sale) probly the best deal you will find unless you buy used or get lucky on craigslist. probly can get the kit installed for $2k OTD.

wheels tires are gonna be around $2600ish for 20s and 35s depending on what wheels/tires you use

if you install the lift yourself you will be able to get wheels/tires and lift OTD for 4k i bet.

also if you install yourself, you can do adjustable bilsteins and get 8" and do a shackle lift, AAL, or larger block in the rear and the 35's will still look good. you are 2" below a 4wd so 8" of lift is really only 6" of lift when comparing to a 4wd. if you get 10" of lift (6", BL, Spacer) you will want 37's, but that will force you to re-gear and thats another $1500, plus the increase in tire cost

I have a brand new Rize 6" block/u bolt set and new Rize 8" front strut spacers that I will sell you for $500. I also have a brand new Pro Comp AAl that I'll sell you for $75. Those plus a Pro Comp stage 1 and you'll be at 8" for less than $2k!

I bought the basic 8" Rize kit for my 08 FX4 and then Kings on top of it. I also got a custom 9" National Leaf pack set. That's why I don't need the blocks or the strut spacers or the AAL.

You interested?

That's cool...... just know that if you buy the wheels and tires now to use w/ the spacer and 3" block you need to buy with specs that will work with the lift later. Otherwise you will be buying more rims later on.
