Update!!!

Problem:

Passanger side front brake is locking up. Its just locking in and not releasing. Just by tapping the brake it locks and pulls the truck though 2 lanes, You can hang from the wheel and hardly keep the truck on the road. The brakes are huge, they are made for 8k pounds. could there be a problem with the brake booster? Or could it be a problem with the hard line.

New brake lines have been ran, theres still the stock hard line.

this is the only thing weve got to figure out and its killin me.

oh yeah driver side works perfectly

Could be a couple different things. Either the rubber hose is collapsing. Inside the rubber hose, can collapse, giving symptoms like what your describing. If you tap the brake, it locks up right ? If you tap them again does it release ?

Personally, I am leaning towards a bad caliper. ,Are they new ? If so, send it back and exchange. If not, time to look for some new ones I think. Check the rubber hose lines first, its cheaper !

Hardlines can't cause this issue and most likely aren't the issue. Rarely are.
