Ok so question theres 2 pics there one has a 2.5 leveling kit and the other has a 2 in level... i have just a 3in leveling kit by adding a 3 in body lift does that releave the bad angles that the leveling kit made? i know nothing but i do know that just a 3 in leveling kit is killing my front suspension ex cvs tie rod ends and ball joints all pushed to horrible angles THANKS FOR THE HELP GENTLEMEN and if possible and my understanding is correct can you take a picture of your front suspension please

A leveling kit and a body lift are two completely and unrelated items. A body lift simply lifts the body off the frame 3 inches. It has nothing at all to do with your suspension in any way. Your severe ball joint angles are caused by the 3 inch lift/leveling kit you have. Pretty much every suspension manufacturer has figured out that 2.5 inches is the maximum you can lift the 04-08 F-150's without adding dropdown brackets.

I really dont mean to sound stupid here lol i know alot about regular front end suspensions but as soon as we start talking body lifts suspension lifts and leveling kits im so lost!

Ok so what your tellin me is that i have a 3in leveling kit...
3in leveling kit is a piece of **** because 2.5 is the max i should really have!
I do belive i understand that part

The part i guess im having problems is whats the best way to look at this

The 3in leveling kit sucks somethings got to change... so do i take that off scrap the whole thing and start over by just putting a real suspension lift on it or do I have some of the stuff that is already going to be provided in the suspension lift kit....( I bought the truck with the leveling kit included otherwise i would have done it my self and would have understood alot better)I really appreciate the help here man

I would take of the 3" leveling kit and do a 2" kit and then if you want to do the body lift do that....or....you can just do a 6" suspension lift and have NO severe angles at all.

if you would put a suspension lift on, the spacer (leveling kit) would be removed. all the suspension lift does is lower down the attaching points, hence giving it the lift desired with better cv angles and better geometry. to you get what i mean?
