Exclamation Rattle coming from rear end

I hope tht someone can please help me. I've got a rattle coming from the rear drivers side of the truck(ive narrowed it down to that area). It happens when I hit a bump or make a sharp turn with a slight bump. I have no clue what it is as I have gotten underneath and poked and beat around to find nothing. It is really starting to drive me insane. Could it possibly be my leaf springs after I put the AAL in? Truck is an 04 supercrew 4x4 with 6" procomp. Any ideas or suggestions will be GREATLY appreciated fellas.

Have you tried spraying the area with Deep Creep or similar yet? The AAL may be creaking a bit. Wouldn't hurt to give the nuts and bolts a re-torque as well.

I have sprayed them with wd-40, but it isnt a creek. I rode in the bed and it is a definite rattle type sound and all the nuts and bolts are tight. I did notice that the clamps that are on the leaf packs stock werent put back on after the AAL was installed.

Nope, exhaust is dumped before the rear axle.

You say the nuts and bolts are tight. You checked all of the shock bolts, caliper bolts, spring/shackle bolts, u-bolts etc?
Could it be the added leaf contacting the other leafs without a teflon pad or something?

could it be your e brake slapping when you hit a bump had a older f150 we put a aal in it and for some reason it gave just a bit of slack to the e break line and it would slap the frame on a left turn and drove the wife nuts never bothered me and kept her out of my truck!!!!!!!!

Have you checked your spare tire? Be sure it is snugged up to the underside of the bed. Better yet, remove it completely then test drive it.

My tailgate develops a squeek/rattle if I do not keep the latches and pivot points lubed with LubriPlate.

What exactly is the ujoint?

Spare tire is already taken out, it could be the aal hit the other leafs, they didnt put the clamp thing back on after it was added, but how do i go about fixing that?

And dont think it is the brake line, but ill check
