Squeaky steering...

I've got or sometimes have a squeak coming from my left front end. When I turn the wheel slightly 1" or so when stopped it will squeak. It started slightly and has been getting steadily worse squeaking a lot when turn or going over bumps, etc. at slow speeds. I couldn't isolate it to a specific place so I sprayed some silicon on the tie rod end and it got a lot better. Then it rained for a couple of days and the squeaking went away!
I know it will come back when it dries, it's been really dry here this summer. I replaced both tie rod ends last summer and I plan on replacing the pitman and idler arms, bushings and sway bar bushings soon. Anyone else have this squeak??
