Parking Brake Cable Question

Ever since i have added my 6" Fabtech with 2" AS i have had a sagging rear end because i have been limited by my parking brake cable. I have a 2wd 04 regular cab truck and i have a 4" block in the rear. The Parking brake cable is so tight i cannot go higher with an AAL. I was hanging out with my friend this weekend that has a 2wd 05 supercab with a 6" procomp and he has a dropped down parking brake cable holder. The other day a member with a 4wd fabtech posted on here with the same drop down cable holder. It does not appear to be stock because my holder is not dropped at all and is black. I was wondering if my kit was missing it or not. I have circled the piece in the picture. I really need one so that i can add the AAL and get back to level.

Yes , your correct . That is the drop down bracket for the e-brake . I have the same bracket. I would think your kit should have had it also . You can actually see mine in my picture as well..

I guess those only come with the 4x4 kit. If you dont mind me asking how do you remove the cable from the old one and put it on the new one? Also what did you torque that leaf spring bolt back to?
