These Any Good?

i have a buddy of mine who i was talking to about things i can add to my truck and he was saying i should get a throttle body spacer. Do these things actually work? Will they hard my truck in the long run? Will it harm other upgrades in my truck like a superchip or anything? will i be able to put it on if i already have a cold air intake? any info is great thanks

No, they are not worth a crap on Fords. All it will do is make your engine make a weird, irritating whistling sound.
