Give this a shot, don't know if it's your problem but it's good to do anyways and fixed an annoying squeek I had. Spray some all purpose grease into the latches of your tailgate. Then do you doors, their pins too, whereever there's movement. I'll bet a ball joint is gone on your truck, a way of telling is jacking the front up so you can grab the bottom of the tire. Grab the top with 1 hand the bottom with the other and push/pull. If something feels loose like it has play, ball joint gone. Search "tie rod inspection" and "ball joint inspection" for complete how to's, they're easy to do as long as you're not mentally challenged!!!!

I had the same problem about 2 weeks ago. I greased my ball joints and about 2 days later, no more squeeking.

I had same problem and it was coming from the area around my leaf springs. It has stopped now. But almost replaced the springs because I didnt know what else to do.
