Torsion bars cranked different #

I was wondering if anybody could tell me if I did OK or not. I cranked my torsion bars 5 times apiece @ 1/4" a turn. The frame said it was straight, but the entire truck was leaning to the left. I'm sure it's because I just filled the gas tank, maybe? The wheel wells were 1" different. So I raised the left 3 more turns and it sits real close to level (L/R). I'm going to get it alligned tomorrow and I was seeing if you guys think I'm screwing anything up. Thanks for the help, sorry if this is a repeat thread.

Mike

It's hard to get one perfectly level. If the alignment shop can align the front end, you're in good shape.

The weight of the gas tank, and the constant weight of the driver take a toll on the driver's side. It is impossible to get all four corners perfectly level. Just try to get all four corners of the truck within 1''. Even if you were to max out the stock torsion keys, you would still be able to achieve alignment.
