ok so I know this is a completely different truck but from all the bagged trucks I've seen...they all have pretty much the same setup. I have a bagged 95' s10 that lays frame and swallows 20's. It's got a 4-link and c-notch in the rear and tubular control arms up front. Like I said...completely different truck. I don't know how easy it will be to find a 4-link for your truck so you may want to make friends with someone who can fab one. Or you may be able to modify one for the 97-03 model to fit yours. As far as the front, I may be wrong but I don't think anyone makes control arms for it either so you may have to go with a standard setup up front. You can modify your stock control arms to accept the bags pretty easily. Honestly your best bet is to take it to a reputable shop and tell them what you want. It may be hard to find parts but don't worry...it can be done. A good shop can bag anything. Oh yeah, don't order anything from AIM industries or airbagit.com (same company)....their parts are crap.

I should've thrown in there that I don't really know anything about bagging a ford. I've only ever bagged chevy's and lifted my ford so probably wasn't any help...but oh well maybe somebody else on here has more experience with that.

from what i've heard, they can't lay out as much because of the i-beams.

you should be able to lay out as much as you want as long as you clearance everything in the way.
baggin a truck with the twin I beams shouldnt be that tricky as they still use a spring.
Just make sure you clearance and reinforce everything you cut. i had an old i beam truck once but i cant recall how the clearance was up front. From what i do remember though, the front suspension articulated quite far stock.
i will tell you though, with those i beams your gonna have massive camber and probably eat ball joints like crazy.

If you had the skills i would say to just do a more common and trouble free upper and lower control arm setup but that would require exstensive modification. Quite honestly if your asking about how to bag it, i doubt youll be able to tackle a full front suspension graft.

In the rear a four link will do just fine, just make sure to triangulate it well and with the long bed, you can probably make those four link bars long as hell, meaning you can get massive lift with a great ride out back if you place the airbags just right.
