Shock absorber bushing kit

I purchased a pair of Motorcraft rear shocks,motorcraft number ASH 144 for my 1997 F150. The upper rubber bushings were not included and I cant seem to find anyone that can tell me the correct Ford or motorcraft part number. One dealer says number AD-252 is correct another tells me AD 998. What is the correct number?
