lift kit PLUS leveling kit??

so i currently have a 2004 f150 crew cab lariat 4x4 5.4l 3.73's i am running a 3inch hell bent steel leveling kit and a one inch block added to the rear, for tires i have 33/13.5/18 i am curious if i buy a six inch lift kit can i add the front leveling kit to the aftermarket suspension kit to get more lift? (i know the back blocks are out of the question) i was trying to do this on a low budget because i'm still in high school, so i plan on doing it all myself plus then i get the experience and feel better about my truck in knowing it was done right.

i found this lift haven't heard much about it but its cheap and i don't plan on really pounding on this truck on the trails just the occasional trail or two and big mud puddle OR median i have to drive over because people simply do not know how to drive.

anyways..heres the stuff

also let me know if you need any more pictures

THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!!

ditch the 3" leveling kit. puts to much stress on your front suspension. if you do a 6" lift that does not use a spacer (ex. pro comp stage 1 or bds) yes you can use a leveling kit on top. most people use 2" some use 2 1/2" but from what i have read if you do alot of offroading you would be better off not running a leveling kit on top because you were your angles as straight as possible. havent heard of many people running rough country kits. and if you plan on going w/ 8 inches of lift or more you will have to run 37's which you will need to regear for and that will be 1300-1500 for that. if your in highschool w/ a budget just do a 6" and 35's until you can afford to regear. if you want 8" of lift go w/ a rize lift. bds has a new 8" as well. whats your budget and im sure more people can help you out. if your just doing trails like you said you can get a pro comp stage one for 1200 bucks off ebay.

I agree with 06yz250f, just go with the 8 inch Rize.

No, but it is your best option. You could add a body lift also. I would not stack a 3 inch leveling kit on top of a lift. Maybe a 2 or 2.5 inch kit, but not a 3 inch kit.

theres also a 12" rize. and full throttle makes even bigger kits. but you said you were a highschool student so were just telling you what your best reasonably priced options are. but if your parents are paying for it just look around. there are bigger kits out there.

price comparison: rough estimate
6" lift - 2k installed
17" rims- 600
35" tires- 960
total: 3560

8" lift- 3400 installed (if your lucky)
17" rims- 600
37" tires- 1360
regear- 1500 installed (will want 4.88's with 37's)
total- 6860

so your paying nearly double for 3 inches of lift more (2" from lift, 1" from tires)

not trying to be rude im just giving you prices if you havent looked to much yet.
