??Installing PA body lift - I have a few questions??

You guy's are right those directions pretty much suck!

So just so I am getting this right.

Is the fan shroud the only thing that moves down with the frame? Obviously it has to stay with the fan. All the other coolers and radiators say in the stock position?

I have the cab lifted and will be putting the bed back on and re-attaching everything in the next few evenings.

Thanks

yeah the fan shroud just moves down with the frame then you use the brackets included in the kit to mount it.

Thanks Man^^^^^^

One more question?

I have heard of some people using flashing painted black or truck mud flaps cut.

What did you use for gap gards?

Or anyone else?

I used the gap guards I bought a year earlier. I imagine that you could use just about anything you wanted though.

Efuehrin -
Definitely post pics when you're done. I too have an '03 screw and looking to do a 6+3, except I'm thinking of going 36x15.50x20s. I'm up in the air between the 36s and 38s.

I'll make sure and post some pics.

Man I see what you guy's are saying now about the fan shroud. It would be a huge waste of time to take the radiator completely out just to cut off those mounting tabs.

Thanks for the tip!!!!!!!

I worked on it last night till about 1am. I have the front bumper mounted but I need some help to get it lined up and tightened.

Then I only have the bed to put back on!!!

Sweet, oh one other thing I lost the thread about your wheels, what did you ever decided to do with them? Are you going to just us the spacer?

Ya, using the spacer/adapter.

I'll see how that works. If I don't like them or something I can always go monster garage on the hubs later!

Thanks man. By the way your truck is looking tough!

Toyo M/T's 38x15.5x20.

Not my first choice but I'm getting a good deal on them since they are used.
