2wd, added a 2" block, Do I need longer shocks?

I just added a 2" block to the rear, and a 3.5" spindle lift and 1.5" coil spacer to the front on my 03 2wd f150 screw. The ride went from ok to awful. Would purchasing shocks made for the 4x4 model of my truck be ideal seeing that my truck is now the same hieght?

i just did the exact same lift but with a 3" block. the kit i used came with new rear shocks and i already had new front shocks. honestly if your going to get new shocks go with bilstein 5100(or5150 i cant remember which) you can get them for a 2" lift in the front and 2" in the back and their great shocks from what everyone says about them
