Hey guys I got a wheel barring gone left front. The parts guy is asking me if it was built before feb28 base duty then the price is 383 or if it was built after 28 th is 270 or is it heavy duty then 269 can money. Help it was built 10/04 is mine base or hd? And how hard is it to change?

 

easy enough to change if ya know what your doing. I'm sure someone can point in the right directions as far as some instructions.
