Best way to raise up the rear

What's the best way to squeeze another inch or so out of the rear end suspension?

Larger block between the leafs and axle?

Add a leaf?

Other options?

This is how I raised the back up on my truck, it raised the back about 1 to 1 1/2" and it rides better than with a add-a-leaf, just a thought it is what worked for me

I'd just get a one inch bigger block.
