I would say 35/12.5 with either an RCD or Rancho

does anyone know what year his truck is or if its 2 or 4wd? i certainly dont see anything that answers those questions.

He's got a 2004 extended cab. Don't know about 2 or 4wd.... Since he want to lift it, i'd hope it's 4wd, in which case I still say Rancho for a 4" lift.

..rancho doesnt make the 4 inch lift for the 2wd, does it?

No, only 4wd.

A 4" lift and 35's are perfect. Rancho and 35's for me - pics in gallery.
