2000 f150 4x4 front bumper aka valance(PICS!!)

here's what i've been looking for. a valance thats matches the color of my body. does anybody know where can i find a website that sells these valances. note the first pic is not my truck



heres a pic of my truck with the grayish valance

you can take your fog lights out, and remove the valence and take it to any body shop and have them paint it. I actually like the stock valences for puts out. They follow the body lines and blend well.

I would guess it would cost about 100 bucks at a normal body shop for prep and paint.

i don't think the factory one is made of the same matieral as the one in the picture above.

you are right, it is not the same but it can still be painted. It just needs to be sanded smooth.

actually you are better off painting the stock one b.c the stock is made of flexible plastic, and the one you have pictured is probably fiberglass which just cracks and breaks, very little flex with fiberglass

well... i really don't want to keep the factory one. is there a website u know of where u can buy a fiberglass one?

thanks for all your help even though none of them had the one i 'm looking for, but i think i'll be getting on similar to it, if i can't find it.

there was a link "Where to buy" the the left side of the page link you posted. I was looking at the options of dealers that were there, and I figured if anyone would have it Stylin' Concepts would and there it was. They carry all that stuff. glad could help
