how much?
How much would you think I would end up payin to have a body lift itself, the new bumper/hitch brackets, gap gaurds, and to have the tips re-welded to fit right up under the bumper again. I am trying to go the cheapest way possible to put 35's on my truck but I think a truck with a body lift and no bumper/hitch brackets is absolutely atrocious.
P.S.- Oh I also heard that Ford's are much more time consuming/expensive to install a body lift because the body mounts come through the cab and the only way to get to them is to gut the interior. Is this true and how much would it cost to get someone to professionally install it?

I just put my body lift on thursday I have a 99. Me and Jon took 20 straight hours to do. They arent hard just very time consuming. My body lift cost me 211 if you get gap gaurds youll be closer to 300 if not alittle more.
I ordered my body lift though 4wheelparts.com and when I picked it up they offerede to install it..... For 900 I laughed my way out the door.

trimble, you forgot about the three parts runs, and the lunch break. it was probably closer to an actual 17 hour job, slightly above the 15-16 avg due to the two damn bed bolts, lol. yes, the only way to access the bolt heads is via carpet and seat removal in the cab.
