Suspension/Steering?
Hey whats up?..
Anyway '99 F350 4X4 Diesel Dually Dump..
I have not driven the truck in awhile..
I had new Ball Joints put in before winter..
All winter plowing and such it was great!
When the snow was done I had new tires all around put on..
After the weather got better I started driving the Falcon for the fuel mielage..
Took the truck here and there once in awhile and all was well..
No issues whatsoever..
Well it sat for about a month and the other day I needed it so off I went..
Somehow someway it seems to have a mind of it's own now..
It wanders wherever it wants like the steering is really loose..
Pulls to the left "all of a sudden" once in awhile and when you try to correct the steering it really "Don't wanna hear it" at first then you end up overcorrecting..
I tightened up the screw in the steering box so there is not much play in it now and it has helped..
But it still is not right..
I have checked and greased everything imagineable under there and nothing is loose..
Had new rotors/calipers/pads/ bearings(ouch) done to the front also before winter..
It has been fine up to now and it's a white knuckle ride once in awhile now..
Anyone have ANY ideas whats going on??
Thanks..
