99 F150 XL 4.6L 2x4 with different height

I was washing my truck today and noticed the rear looked a little different on one side.
My friend said it was just the way I was parked, I thought different.
I went home and parked on level ground, and measured the height on both sides from the wheel well.
I was right!
37 inces on the pass side, and 35 inches on the drivers side!!!
I looked underneath, but there is nothing broken, and leaf springs are not cracked!!
What could cause this?
Anyone have the same problem?

my guess is spring sag on the drivers side cause its 10 years old & ALWAYS has a driver on that side, plus fuel tank & whatever you carry in your bed

just switch the springs around and in 10 years it will sit level again,
