Shocks for highway driving?

So I have a 2006 F-150 Lariat 5.4 3V. It has 63000 miles right now and I think the shocks are ready for a swap. It seems that when I hit a bump the truck wants to bounce sideways a little and the steering wheel jerks left or right. I also noticed that when when I stop, the normal weight shift you get front to back when you completely stop...seems to carry on a couple of times but very short. I have been told this could all be the shocks needing to replaced. Anyhow to make a long story short, I commute 45 miles to work and 40 of those are highway miles. I am looking for a good shock that gives me the smoothest ride on highway drives but still handles well on the city streets. Any help I could get is greatly appreciated!!
