My truck got lower!!! WHY?

the front end of my truck appears to be a little lower than what it used to be..is it just the shocks settling or what? is there anything i can do safely that would get me an inch back?

I'm sure that maybe, just slightly, the WHY IT GOT LOWER answer is in your SIG PICS... LMAO I may be wrong, but, stuff like that happens when you abuse a truck.

Nice truck BTW!

Reduce the signature to one picture and reduce that size even too.

Pretty sure it's just the front springs settling since you obviously use the truck hard.

same thing happened on my 03 FX4. I lost an inch and a quarter, and it was more than likely from thrashing my springs. Note: FX4 CAN NOT crawl the same rocks as a built jeep.... unless you want to slam it down hard on the other end.

Shocks do not "settle", but springs do. Remember, shocks support ZERO weight so it's impossible for them to settle. They wear out, get soft, etc, etc, but they have zero impact on the heigth of your rig.

Good helpfull post right there...

Anyways like stated its most likely you springs settling, However procomp got some terrible reviews with the spacer they use to achive the front lift... Id check that make sure it is not bent!
