So is this worh the $$$, THANKS

98 f150 4x4 5.4L V8
180k miles

okay, I had a blow out and it ripped the bushing i guess its called on top of the control arm that bolts on to the wheel area. Maybe its called the upper ball joint, im unsure... my mechanic skills are weak and trying improve them. so, please excuse. Now when i drivw it feels like my wheels gonna fall off andd also has this sick metal grinding noise when i drive.

Even before this i have had major sqweaking sounds comming from the front suspension. i tried to swap the shocks out with new ones but no help. it seems like when i hit a bump or dip its sqweaks ugky and loud..also when i turn. I tried greasing with some heavy duty spray lube..it helped for a few days. But no more.

After some searching here on the forum, i decided to replace the following:

2 Lower Ball Joints WK8695, 2 Upper Control Arms WK8724 R (1) and WK8722 L (1) Left & right

2 Outer Tie Rod Ends WES3367(1) & WES3366(1), 2 Inner Tie Rod Ends WES3369(1) & WES3370(1),

1 Pitman Arm WK8700,1 Idler Arm WK8747 (with 3.43" bolt pattern idler arm)

All, OEBrand

I have found this on ebay for about $220.00 is this worth it, and will it help me, i have all original now. Thanks!!

All comments and suggestions appriciated!

Anything on Ebay = buyer beware.

Also, you say $220.00 ??? But it has a "Buy It Now" Price of $189.00 ??? Planning on giving the guy a tip ? Or was that including shipping ?

Seems like a decent deal tho.... I personally would probably pay a little bit more to go to a more reputable seller (like a parts guy on this site) but thats just me.
