Need help on choosing waht suspension company to go with

Whats up guys. I have a 2003 F150 Fx4 and I want to put a 6 inch kit on it. I was thinking about going with a Fabtech kit. So my question is for those of you who run fabtech kits or those of you who know somebody that runs one, is the fabtach kit a good kit as far as parts not breaking or making any noise going down the road. Basically i need to know what the over quality of the kit is. And if this is not a good kit what would yall suggest i run. I don't want the most expensive kit out there but i don't want the cheapest one I want to stay about middle ways as far as price range b/c i am on a tight budget. All comments are appericated and welcome. Thanks for the help. Please list any problems that you have had or heard of people having with the Fabtech kit

Ive got the 3.5" fabtech spindle with no problems...and my buddy has the 7.5" fabtech...he loves it..Ive only had mine for a week or so...but his has been on a good while and he puts his truck through hell...All I can say is that I blieve fabtech to be one of the better built kits out there...but just my opinion

Most members tend to agree that the Fabtech and RCD lifts are the best quality kits for our trucks.

Can't go wrong with the Fabtech. The only thing i myself did not like about it was the fact that it comes with a 4" Block for the rear which gives the truck a *** low Pre Runner look. So instead of the 4" Block I purchased a set of Skyjacker Rear Leaf springs.

Don't forget to include re gearing into your budget. The stock Fabtech shocks will work but i wold also suggest at some point upgrading them to either the Bilsteins or the Edelbrocks.

Depends on what you want to do with the truck afterwards...if you are not going to be thrashing the daylights out of it offroad, the Pro Comp is a good kit as well...

I have the 6 inch fabtech kit on my 03 F150 Supercrew, its good holds up to anything...I've not been nice to it at all...front shocks do suck *** tho...

If I had to do it over I'd just save more money and buy the dixon bro's long travel kit here...

Oh how i wish I knew about that kit before I bought the fabtech...

But go with the fabtech you wont be disapointed...

I personally always get BDS or Fabtech for the 97-03 and I think the BDS is better quality and really nice riding leaf springs if you spend the extra $300 and go with those over the blocks. You won't find BDS for sale online because they won't allow it and sell only to 4x4 shops so you'll have to check locally for this kit.

Installed my Fabtech alittle over a year ago, bought it from KansasJoe. I have had no problems with it yet. Holding up very well on and off road.

you wont be disappointed if you go with a Fabtech 6" kit.
Not hard to install, everything is there. Truck rides great. Doesnt feel stiff, doesnt feel loose or have that feel like it could roll. No misc squeaks or rattles months later

go with the fabtech, not only is it one of the cheapest, i think it is the best quality lift for our trucks, i love mine no problems at all, easy bolt on kit. I havent done any serious off roading but mine is holding up great.
