Does an 2in leveling spacer decrease gas mileage?

I am in the process of saving for rims and tires before I get my 2 inch spacer. I see a guy with 20 inch stock rims and the pirelli tires...I asked him if he installed the AS himself, he said no, but he gets around 11 mpg. Is this really the case? Does leveling my truck kill my mpg's?

As of now, I have dual exhaust, troyer tunes, volant intake, and am getting close to 14 mpg mixed driving. The funny part, is thats what I got before putting any of the mods on.

you should not lose anything in gas mileage and im getting 13.5 with all my mods and lift and tires and adding the leveling kit did not harm gas mileage and it might if you go with bigger tires and rims thats the only reason you will lose gas mileage

the leveling kit wont lower gas mileage but if you put bigger tires on your gas mileage will drop.
