What is the lowest you can go front/back without notching or flip kit?

I am looking at kits with coils up front with and shackles and hangers for the back with new shocks for front and back. What do ya'll suggest.

I want to know what's the lowest drop for these types of kits?

Ebay has the groundforce 9911 for $300. 2/4 Is that good or can I go lower, like the belltech 3/4.

Thanks, I was about ready to do that anyway. I thought I would post here first since it is the suspension forum. I guess I will do that now.
