If i did, i wouldnt tell you. They are absolute junk. They will put way to much preload on the torsion bars, causing premature wear of parts. Crank the oem torsion bars for the same lift without the horrible preload.

Theres no way he's gonna want 3" out of them! Keys or no keys! just crank up the torsion bars to the top the crank them back down 2 complete turns this will give you more than level and you can clear up to 33" tires! why pay the money for something you can do for free? plus all the extra money that you have to spend when your CV joins and ball joints go in the crapper because the bad angles! just my .02

They are garbage. Crank your torsion bars for free if you have a 4x4. If you have a 4x2 then you need a leveling kit.

so everybody seems to think cranking up the oem torsion bars are the way to go rather than buying a leveling kit or aftermarket keys

You still paid $75 for something you could have done for free.

Torsion lift keys

I have a 2002 FX4 F150, I've maxed the torsion keys. Does this model come with a lift key already installed or will a lift key add more height. Other option: take the existing torsion key off and rotate it one notch then re-insert and lift again. Does this work???

Welcome to the site.
Yes, your truck has torsion bars and the oem keys are adjustable. The aftermarket keys are indexed differently so you can crank more preload onto the torsion bars than you can with the oem keys. The problem is they let you put too much preload on the torsion bars. This destroys your ride quality and puts your CV and ball joints at extreme angles which leads to premature failure. Just crank up your torsion bars with your oem adjustment keys enough to level your truck and get an alignment. If you want more ride height, add a full suspension lift or a body lift.

97 F150 Torsion Key Lift

You can get the Forged Torsion keys from Truck Xessories 800 772-3731. They sell them for $125.00 / pair. Daystar Part No. KF09120.
The right torsion key will give you 2 inches of lift with any additional pre-load. They are re-indicated so they require the same amount of tension on your torsion bar as your stock torsion key. You will need to re-align the front end. Hope this helps.
