lowering leaf springs and coils

I was trying to get some info on the leaf springs that belltech makes that drops the back 3 inches... I went to a street styles store and the guy told me that the springd would have to be mounted under the axle, but I think they are made to replace exactly where the stock springs were....The website to check them out is http://www.stylintrucks.com/parts.as..._prod_ids=3346 I know they are a new thing but if anyone has experience with them, your knowledge would be greatly appreciated....... and about how rough is the price to get coils installed in the front?

The guy at the store was talking about a rear flip kit. The bell tech springs, like my Eibach, replace your rear leafs. I think I paid $250 to have my kit installed.
