an add-a-leaf in the back or a larger block with take care of your droopy rear pretty simple and cheap fix.

i never heard of a shock raising the truck. i had a hell of a time opening my ranchos to the height they needed to be...

but if i were you i would definately go with add a leaf or a block. either way its under a hundred bucks and is worth it

Either the bigger block or the add a leaf but i do not believe the bilsteins can raise the rear. You can get the adjustables to raise the front up fyi.

The bilstein adjustables WILL give you 0-2in of lift up front and 0-1inch in the rear.
