6in Fabtech and 2.5 spacers

Can this combo be done or is it too hard on the angles. Also what do you do out back, an AAL to the 5 inc block? Thank you.

it can be done, check out the gallery for kickassfx4. it is pretty harsh on your CVs, however.

id go with 2" spacer, not 2.5". id also look into getting coilovers and cranking them up for added height.

Not a good combo, even with just driving it around town the spindle would hit and lean on the spacer, off road use say good bye to your UCA. You could upgrade the UCA $500 and up or go with a bodylift. I went with the lift and love it.

Damn, those angles seem way worse than a 4WD's angles.

I've run 2" ontop of my Rize 8" and my angles weren't even close to that. Not even close.

Ravasever, I have a 2wd and a Fabtech lift, which does not use the same type of spacer as the pro-comp, i think my angles will be a little less than that cause im not stacking a 2 in spacer over the pro-comp lift spacer. Thank you for your replies, does anyone else have pics of a Fabtech lift and 2 in spacer?

Yea! ProComp and spacers don't mix. djh1121 has some good picks with his spacers and Fabtechhttps://www.f150online.com/galleries....cfm?gnum=7916

he also has a 2wd and doesnt have to worry about cv angles. just your UCA balljoint is really all that will be effective. It can easily be done with the fabtech.

did you have any problems with yours cause thats what I want to do. 2.5'' on top of 6'' procomp. Or should I go with fabtech? Cause I want to be able to go off road and not have to worry about snapping a front axle. Keep in mind I have a 4x4 supercab.

If you're planning on offroading than you're going to have problems down the road.

Ball joints going bad in the UCAs and the LCAs. Tie rods and CV axles going out.

I had a 1-1/2" Autospring on top of my Rancho 4" kit on my 2004 which was offroaded, with about 10,000 miles on this setup my ball joints were trashed.
