6" or 8" Fabtech Suspension Lift
Whats up yall.
Im new here, and ive got a question...
Ive got a 1999 F150 with a 3" body lift on 35" pro comp all-terrains
Im wanting to add a fabteh suspension lift here shortly.
I was first considering a 6", but the more i think about it, the bigger i want to go.
I talked to a guy at a local four-wheel drive shop and he was totally against the idea of adding an 8" suspension lift onto my already 3" body lift.
He then recommended if i did so, to get 4:88 gears but that didnt seem quite right.
I told him what i wanted was an 8" fabtech suspension lift, 38" nitto mud grapplers, and keep the same wheels i have now (16" american racing).
Im not a suspension performance junky, and i dont know all there is to know but im just a young kid with the mindframe of "the sky is the limit". Ive already got it lifted once, now im ready to go higher. Does anyone have any feedback on this situation, or for that matter any pics of a late ninetys F150 with a 3" body and 6" or 8" suspension lift.
Thanks for the help...
