Leveling Kits

I know the subject of leveling kits has been BEAT to DEATH and dragged through the ringers. So I wanted to get some input on some new kits on the market.
I am back looking for a leveling kit to supplement my already 4" Rancho. I previously used the older 2.5" AS with no problems(other than the cv angles) and did its job well; but I did not care for the welds and look. Not that I will be LOOKING at the spacer, just was expecting a better quality looking piece of steel and better welds to bolt to my truck. Went on ebay and DAMN it seems like now anyone makes them.

Previously use to be a Daystar vs Autospring type of choice with a few less known in-between but now you got ALOT to choose from. SO what now? is AS still considered the standard for leveling kits?(due to ease of installation) is the AS with the new offsett any better in quality and function than the first? I know that ANY of these will WORK, but does ONE seem BETTER than the other? in design and build quality. anyone with experience please fill-in. Thanks

Time time around, I went with the Bilstein 5100 shocks instead of a leveling spacer.

I have the Rancho 4" kit already with the adjustable RS9000 shocks, but need a leveling kit to compensate for the weight of the winch. That's why I am back looking at spacers.

Hey two questions for ya. Did the bilsteins stiffen up the ride quality, just generally how was it effected? And what mirror package is that on your truck? Cause I want em!!

hey guys,
i've got the NCD customs aluminum spacers and they are great. they level the truck right out and are about as heavy duty as you get. it was one of the reasons i didnt go with AS. when you get them in the mail youll understand what i mean. its just a big solid chunk of aluminum thats been cut and drilled to bold right above the strut. i didnt like the wimpy look of AS. to much welding and it doesnt look stable at all. Im sure it is. i was wanted a more heavy duty approach to leveling out my truck

It stiffened up the ride in the right places. You don't feel every single bump on the road, but the rear end isn't bouncing all over the place when you hit a bump. The truck also corners better.

I'll run out to my truck and see the name of the mirror package. I have yet to see a truck with those mirrors.
