What to add for stock 4wd stance when driving a 2wd?

I wanted to know what would I have to buy, from this site to give it the same height of a 4wd truck. Thanks.
Would I have to get parts of other sites, or are these all the parts I need?

I am. But I thought something cheap for right now wouldn't hurt. Lifts not coming on until I get my income tax refund.

I know, I'm so confused.

He says he wants to be at the height of a 4WD truck. Well he should be there considering he's got the leveling kit. The only thing he needs is the 2" Block that comes on the stock 4WDs.

I know right.

Have you compared your truck to 4x4 cause like Thump said you should already be there.

Nope, to me it just looks as if they're higher. I guess I'll make a quick run to the dealership when they're closed.
