Rear Suspension Questions

So I'm looking to put a set of heavy duty leaf springs in the back of my truck cause when I load firewood, gravel, etc its got serious sag. I have a 6" Superlift kit with an aal already. Im gonna get them custom made to fit the lift so I dont have to use the block or the aal anymore. I want the truck to sit higher about an inch in the back. Right now its relatively level but I want it up a little bit, not like it was stock but just a little higher than it is now. I was thinking about 5" of lift would achieve this being that stock them come about 2" higher in the back.

Doing so may compromise your unladen ride integrity.. (will ride like a buckboard when empty). But if you load it up very often, it sure will help with the loaded ride quality.

I'd suggest a set of supplemental airbags.

I looked up the deaver kit and all I could find was the 4" lifting rear springs. I'm assuming those are the ones you are talking about for the 6" lift. The site I looked at had em for 675/pair does that seem high? It said they come with new rubber bushing but shouldn't they all?

My bad, the have 3 and 6 in for the 97-03's, but they can make you what ever arch you want..What site did you look at, go to deavers site, and just call em..really good guys down there. And they should come with bushings and sleeves. maybe even U-bolts. Give am a ring and talk to em.
