Ball joint spacer

Has anyone heard of or used these?

I received a parts catalog, from airridepro.com, that is mainly for lowered vehicles. One of the items they sell is an upper ball joint spacer that they say corrects the upper control arm geometry. It is for use on a truck that has lifted coilsprings or a lifted spindle on 2wd trucks.

Does this really work? I'm guessing it would be placed on the bottom of the upper control arm to move the ball joint down and decrease the angle.

I'm not wanting to buy this, but want to one if anyone has tried it. Seems sketchy to me.

Its an interesting concept, my upper control arms do have some pretty good angle to em. How much do they cost?

There $40 from streetridepro.com. They only have them for chevy's, but if they work for chevy no reason why they can't make one for ford.

Follow the link to see the actual spacer.

Wouldn't adjustable camber bolts be easier to install? The price is about the same.
