I'm feeling a little screwed by King. To make a long story short. My truck is at the installers getting my Rize kit installed. King sent the wrong front coil overs and sent rears with out mount harware. King however did overnite me the shocks but I had to pay $280 in shipping. I would think since I paid a premiun for shocks I atleast should get the right ones with all the pieces and they should have coverer the shipping. If I would have known I would have went with Fox or Donahoe.

 

ONe note though they are sending me a call tag for the first pair of shocks. I might just have to hold them hostage until King refunds me $280 or Truck Toyz refunds me the money as I really think that since I ordered through them they should have made sure they were the right shocks before sending them to me. I really can't blame Truck Toyz though. The shocks were packaged sealed from King with the correct part number and label for a F-150 with 8in Rize

 

I think you should get your mony back. You said they sent you the wrong shocks the first time, and you had to pay to get the correct ones? That's some bull**** IMO

 

I had to pay the overnite shipping. It was either that or have the shop install the factory ones with spacer and wait 10 days to have it shipped via freight to me . then take the truck back and pay lobor for them to change out the shocks and have the truck re aligned. (Would have cost me another $300 atleaset) But the thing that really pisses me off is that they said they would cover the overnight until I guess they found out how much it would be then then they back tracked and said I would have to py it if I wanted the shocks.

 

yea that's some complete horseshiot man. They say they will pay overnight, then retract their statement and make you do it. Man thats some quality service, maybe I don't know the whole story, but it seems like your getting screwed on the deal personally.

If I were you i'd be chewin some a$$es!! Thats bad buisness my friend. Id call them and tell them exactly what you just told us but I thing we have a case of hindsight. But if you think you might still have a say i'd tell them FU! Send em back and go with something else or just get the shocks from another company. I know on ebay motors if you look up Kings they have some for a F150 send them a message and they can get any shock you need made and I think its free shipping.
