does this look good?

a 6" fabtech w/leveling kit
5"rear blocks
and 37's
on the 2wd f150
or will it even work

If it was 4x4 you would be able to fit 37's but since your truck is a 2x4 I don't think you'll be able to clear 37's.

Some one else will chime with a little more experience than I.

I think you will need a body lift and a 6 inch suspension lift to clear 37's on a 4x2.

body lift. i have 35's (pretty much) and they rub sometimes in desert runs regear if you go bigger. my truck is garbage on the freeway

You will because a 4x2 is 2" lower, correct...
