lowering shackles

where can i find lowering shackles to do like a 4" drop on my 4x2 1999 xl
and cheap

I just put Belltech 2" shackled on last night. I think a company called JLP makes a 2/3/4 drop. Figure around 75-100 bucks max for the kit.
