Fabtech 6" Lift E-brake Cable Rubbing

I just lifted my 2005 F150 with a 6" Fabtech Suspension lift. My E-Brake cable is rubbing the rear tire? Anyone have this problem before? How can it be fixed?

Yeah it came with extended brake lines, front diff skid plate, everything you need. I didnt install it. Safari Off-Road did the install for me for $2583 out the door. They had the truck for 2 days.

Sometime does not look right. Do you have your reloc brkt on? Is it on right? Mine is almost touching the stock. I know the backspacing on the rims make a difference but I had stock rims on a few weeks ago with no issues.

Check the bracket.

there is a bracket that is installed to bring that up closer to the side of the frame rail, to keep it from making contact with the tire. there should also be a little black coupler around both lines that you can slide to make them both tighter together. double check to see if that bracket was installed. also, im not 100% positive on this, but this could be caused because of you running the stock wheels and tires.

I vote stock wheels and tires, there is too much BS on such a narrow wheel.

If they let the truck leave the shop in that condition, I would take it back to them and demand that they fix it and I would also find another shop to do business with in the future. There is no way they should have moved the truck if the brake lines were rubbing the tires, much less let you take it home in that condition. Just IMHO...

Well I just ordered new rims and tires. We'll see if this fixes it. They said they should be in today. So I'll have pics up as soon as I can.

Well, new tires and rims rubbed too, so I disconnected the rear drivers side and secured it to the passengerside cable. I am still waiting on the shop. They were able to get one mounted tonight the rest should be done in the AM. I will have pics asap.....
