'07 Screw Lowering Shackles

After measuring the rear fender well to the top of the tire, it is exactly 1.75" higher than the front fender well to the tire on my '07 Screw.

Are there any lowering shackles in 1.75" increments so that I can make my truck level?

Does this mean that nobody is lowering the backend to be level with the front?

The kits you can buy typically lower the rear end 2". This is usually not an exact measurement and will deliver a slightly different amount of lowering from truck to truck. I would think you would get very close by using one of the 2" rear lowering kits.

Most have 2 sets of holes. Use the closer holes for less drop, the farthest holes for more drop.

you must have gotten a freak truck. mine had about a 4" difference from the back to the front as most others do.

stock

2" shackle and 1" block removed

2" coil up front, 3" leaf 2" shackle and 1" block removed

FordScrew24's,

Thanks for the input. That last picture of your truck is the stance I'm looking for.

You better hang onto your truck. 2008 is the last year for production of the Lincoln F150's.

Great looking LT.

Measured from the ground up to the fender on a level surface and mine is about 2.25 inches difference. Got the GF shackles and plan to level her out. So it is to my knowledge after alot of reading that the fartherest holes apart give the most drop???? Just checking. I would want the lowest possible to make it more level. My stock shackles look so small compared to those GF ones. Any input on this would be a big help.

Yes, the bottom holes give you about a 2" drop. Think about it, if your stock shackles are shorter, then the longer you go, the lower you go.

Sounds good. I guess its like a optical delusion thing I had going on earlier today. That's what I thought but I wanted to double check. Thanks for the help. All you guys on here are pretty cool with some great knowledge.
