2000 Harley Lowering

I am looking for the cheapest way to drop my 2k Harley Davidson. I was wondering how much a flip kit in the rear would actually drop the back end and having done that, how much of a drop I would need up front to match that up.

I have searched many threads here and there seems to be tons of different ways, parts etc to accomplish what I am trying to do and I was wondering if someone out there could map out an inexpensive way for me to do this. Would a flip kit in the rear be too much for the Harley rear end?

This is the look that I am going for:

I'd go with a 2/4 drop kit from one of the major companies.

On my 2k, I had belltech 3/4 with western chassis 2" a-arms so really 5/4, i loved it, but it was low
