Several members at FTW have the RCD kit. As for 35's, you can fit them with the Rancho kit also.

The RCD kit is a little higher quality than the Rancho ( but there is nothing wrong with the Rancho). I'm not sure if cutting is required.

I've talked to my local offroad shop and they said the RCD kit is one of the best for the 97-03 models. For a supercrew with the RCD lift a little cutting will be required to fit 35's.

Rancho lift requires no cutting. Compltete bolt on. You might have to trim the lower valance to fit the 35's.

Rcd
I'm thinking it mostly depends on the wheels and tires you want to run. There are alot of guys running 35" tires with a 3" bodylift. And there are alot of guys running 35" tires with a 6" susp. lift. So the 4" Rancho and the 5" RCD should clear 35" tires just fine. As for trimming needed, maybe a little with the Rancho, but not near as much if any with the RCD.
I myself ordered a set of 315/75/16 Hankook MTs and will be putting them on a 16x10 wheel with a 3" bodylift. But I won't WHEEL it very hard, mainly going places hunting and fishing where I want a little more clearance and tire to get around.

I have the 6 "RCD kit on my 02' although mine is only a 2wd. I'm only running 33" tires as of now but next I will get 35's. I'd have to say the 35's would fit easily with my kit and no trimming would be needed at all. I have my stock rims with 4.5" of back spacing if that helps any.
