difference in parts of 03 and before, and 04-06

I have a 2006 f150 and have seen a lot of parts for the 99-03 and was wondering if some would fit, i know sometimes parts for older models will fit the newer trucks but not always, i was wondering if a spindle and block kit for the old would fit the new, thank you.

Don't count on much of anything being usable from the earlier models. It was a complete redesign.
