Instalation cost for 6in lift

Does anyone know how much instalation for 6in on an 04 F150 screw would be. I live in the Austin Texas area and the only place I know is 4WP and I have had bad experiances with them before. Any info on offroad shops or cost would be great thanks.

I had my truck done at 4wp and no problem. The installation cost was not that bad. Can't remember the price, it is at home. I could look into it.
