Rancho 33s stock wheels

The Rancho 4 inch question seems to be hot lately.

Does anyone have, or have any pictures, of a 4 inch Rancho suspension system on a 04+ 4x4 f150 sitting on 33x12.50x17s with 17 inch XLT OEM wheels? I want to do this lift and start with 33x 12.50s. If I dont like it I would get whels and larger tires.

Thanks!

I read a couple of threads of members with Rancho and 33's and he said the tires looked too small. The Rancho lift really gives you about 5.5" of lift. I think 35's would be better. Another member has Rancho with BFG mud terrains on Factory XLT wheels and has had no problems, likes the look and the truck looks good.

This is ThumperMX113's lift with Rancho and 33's

and this is his lift with 35's

Really have to thank the members for their picks because they give everyone at least an idea of how our truck will look when you modify it. I hope THUMPERMX113 doesn't mind us using his pics.(Thanks) I'm still trying to find the other member with 35's on the factory wheel with a Rancho lift.

I haven't heard of any problems with 33's on the stock wheel. But may be a little too small for a 5-6 inch lift. Many members once lifted don't go less than 35 inch tires because of the look. Here are 33's on the stock wheel

Yep, that looks really good. There is another member with that type of setup and he has the Rancho lift with 35 BFG mud terrain tires on the factory XLT wheel. If I can find his pic I'll try to post. I gotta find him though. I think he posted his pick in one of the wheel and tire forums. He used to have aftermarket wheels and ended up going back to stock and said he really liked the New look Alot better.
