Accidental Off-Roading

I NEED YOUR HELP , PLEASE:

In my '95 F150 2X4 driving around a clover leaf the other day, the ol' truck decided to lock it's steering at the bottom of the curve where the road straightens out. This sent me veering off into the ditch headed toward a lightpost, sign, and bridge. Luckily, I only hit the sign, but now my steering is all jacked. At first, it would power-steer right, but not left -- I had to force the hell out of the steering wheel to get it back straight. Now when I start it, the first turn-and-a-half steers freely without engaging the wheels. I haven't gotten under it to look at it, so I don't know exactly what's wrong. I'm pretty sure it's at least the steering box; I also think some of the suspension/steering components got bent, too.

So, what I'm asking is, what other years front suspension and steering components would be compatible with my truck?

Thanks in advance. ~Matt

I believe '86 to'96,but other body style boxes may fit too.

Any salvage yard will have a compatibility book.
