Fabtech Lift?????
I just got my 6' Fabtech lift in yesterday, but it came with Pro Comp ES 1000 shocks. I called the guys at 4wheelparts.com and they said it was because i got it on a deal they had. i only paid 1390. So i was wondering are these pro comp shocks better than the Fatech ones that usually come with it, because all i heard is how the Fabtech ones are no good/

I'd stick with those rancho shocks while you've got em, but when they wear out i would recommend a good pair of bilstein 5100 or 5150 series shocks. Bilstein makes the best mono tube shock IMO.

Weird, I thought i've been reading Fabtech was alot better? Maybe just their coilovers? Well, anyhow stick with single pistons. I have some dual piston coilovers on my RX7 and they are noisy and they need to be rebuilt alot sooner. So on a regular shock, single piston will last longer. I couldn't tell you about the brands though but it looks like they all have both single dual and I even saw a triple piston version.
