03 F150 leveling

I just purcased a 03 f150 supercab FX4. I can't find any leveling kits available for this truck I guess due to the fact it has torsion bar suspension. I want to raise the front end about 1". Can i just crank up the torsion bars and if so how many turns woud it take to gain the 1". Also will this cause extra wear on the axle joints? Thanks for your help!

Yes, you just crank the torsion bars on our trucks.

It should not take too many turns, less than 3 or 4. So you'll want to just go 1/2 turn at a time if you just want an inch.

Remember to get to an allignment shop ASAP afterwards.

Wear will be increased, but it should not be too bad with just a slight crank like that.
